EMS Post
We suggest you to use EMS International Courier post which provide EMS tracking number and 85% of delivery in 4 working days or less (To Australia or USA) , which mean if you place your order and complete payment via Paypal on Sunday, you could receive them on Thursday. We will use EMS tracking system to keep track of each parcel, its status and signature on delivery to ensure all of customter received their items.

Registered Air Parcel Post
Registered Air Parcel Post service starts from AU$4 (for parcel weight of 200g) ,it is extremely reliable to Australia. More than 80% of Parcel Post shipments arrive in seven days or less, with many of those taking four to five days. About 20% take seven to fifteen days to arrive, and less than one percent take twelve to twenty-five days in total. Worst case delivery is 4 weeks. (statistics for USA and Australia only - all other countries could take 1-8 weeks).

Only EMS is offered online tracking system. All registered air mail parcel has registered number but no online tracking available. eFlyPower will offer assistance by filing postal investigation but bears no responsibility for parcel delay or lost (Paypal Agreement 2006/08/14). Registered air mail to Australia and USA is extremely reliable but if you are unsure, please choose EMS option.

Payment Method
We prefer payment by Paypal which is fast and secure payment facility, similar to credit card payment.
Once you placed your order you can make instant payment via Paypal during check out process. We will then email you with confirmation, total including postage and options. We will send money request through Paypal if extra postage is needed.

If you have an Australia Bank account or located within Australia, you can also make payment through internet banking or go to nearest National Australia Bank Branch to make direct deposit. We will provide account details once order is received.
